According to Gizmodo, the 18th most popular password of 2014 was
"Shadow". And that beat out "Superman" (at 21st) and "Batman" (at 24th).
Yes, people should pick more robust passwords for security's sake, but
that's not the point I was trying to make. I found a bit of solace in
interpreting the data as meaning The Shadow is not forgotten, and indeed
outranks Superman and Batman.
(Of course, I would feel better if the 18th most popular password had
been "TheShadow" but then maybe I'm just picky.)
